Smoked brisket, Bone Marrow, Wings etc etc 90+% of the menu os fresh. Please see the menu available online. You must have relevant experience. This will be checked. Refrences will be taken.

You must be able to handle pressure, work long shifts and still be smiling and positive. We are a small but hard working team needing another one or two strong team players to complete our team structure at the top. If youve been a sous chef or a head chef already tgis will be an easy option for you.
