At Blossom Homecare, we're passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care that enables people to remain safe, independent, and happy in their own homes. We believe the people we support should always be at the heart of everything we do.
Whether you have previous care experience or are completely new to the sector, we'd love to hear from you. We provide full paid training, ongoing support, and opportunities to build a rewarding long-term career in health and social care.
As a Community Care Assistant, you'll support people in their own homes with daily living, companionship, and personal care where required. Our minimum 50-minute visits mean you have the time to provide meaningful, person-centred support rather than rushing from visit to visit. This approach helps reduce hospital admissions, combats loneliness, and allows you to make a genuine difference in someone's day.
