Studio Coordinator & Client Experience
Job Overview
We're looking for an organised, proactive and people-focused Studio Coordinator to become an integral part of our growing team.
This isn't a traditional receptionist role.
As Studio Coordinator, you'll be responsible for ensuring the studio runs beautifully every day - from creating an exceptional client experience to supporting our artists, managing the diary and helping keep every part of the business organised behind the scenes.
You'll be someone who naturally notices the little things, enjoys keeping everything running smoothly and takes pride in creating a calm, welcoming environment.
About Lash Bar London
Lash Bar London is a boutique lash and brow studio based in Tooting, specialising in premium lash and brow treatments alongside professional education.
We're passionate about beautiful work, exceptional client care and creating a studio that feels calm, welcoming and highly organised.
As we continue to grow, we're looking for someone who shares those values and wants to grow with us.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming and looking after clients
- Managing daily diary flow across Acuity and Treatwell
- Working from our waitlist to fill cancellations
- Ensuring appointment systems remain accurate and up to date
- Preparing treatment rooms throughout the day
- Maintaining the presentation of the studio and reception area
- Ordering and monitoring stock
- Charging equipment and completing daily operational checks
- Updating client records where required
- Supporting our training courses by preparing student kits and course materials
- Capturing behind-the-scenes content and before & after photographs
- Assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks
- Helping deliver a consistently exceptional client experience
We're looking for someone who is:

Experience
Previous experience in hospitality, luxury retail, front-of-house, customer service, administration or studio coordination would be an advantage.
Beauty industry experience is welcomed but not essential—we're looking for the right person above all else.
Hours
Initially approximately 20–25 hours per week, including Fridays and Saturdays, with opportunities to grow as the business continues to expand.

Pay: £14.00-£16.00 per hour
