Due to an exciting period of growth across Acosta Group Europe, we're looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team on a 6-month fixed-term contract.
This is the perfect opportunity for a strong Recruitment Administrator or Recruitment Coordinator looking to step up and gain broader exposure within Talent Acquisition. Working closely with the Talent Acquisition team, you'll play a key role in helping us attract, hire, and onboard great talent while ensuring an outstanding candidate experience every step of the way.
✅ Coordinating recruitment activity across multiple vacancies and business areas
✅ Scheduling interviews and managing candidate communications
✅ Supporting hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
✅ Managing offers, contracts, onboarding and pre-employment checks
✅ Maintaining accurate recruitment data and ATS records
✅ Helping deliver a seamless candidate journey from application to start date
✅ Supporting continuous improvements across our recruitment processes
✔ Previous experience as a Recruitment Administrator, Recruitment Coordinator, Talent Acquisition Coordinator, or similar
✔ Exceptional organisation and attention to detail
✔ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
✔ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
✔ A proactive, can-do attitude
✔ Someone who thrives in a small team and is ready to take the next step in their career
