Duties
- Greet and assist guests arriving or departing during night hours with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage all guest inquiries via phone or in person, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Conduct regular security patrols of the hotel premises to ensure safety and prevent unauthorized access or activities.
- Monitor CCTV surveillance systems to oversee property security and respond promptly to any suspicious activity or incidents.
- Handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently, coordinating with emergency services if necessary and documenting incidents thoroughly.
- Support late-night check-ins or check-outs, ensuring all procedures are followed accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area, ensuring a professional environment at all times.
Skills
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests from around the world.
- Strong knowledge of hotel operations, guest services, and hospitality standards.
- Excellent phone etiquette with clear, courteous communication skills.
- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality environment is highly desirable.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure while managing security concerns or guest issues.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
