Job Description
We’re looking for an experienced Chef to join our busy smash burger and BBQ takeaway kitchen in Abercynon. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role ideal for someone who takes pride in producing consistently great food under pressure.
Responsibilities
- Food prep and portion control
- Maintaining high food hygiene and safety standards
- Keeping the kitchen clean and organised
- Supporting stock rotation and deliveries
- Working efficiently as part of a small team
- Working a fryer/grill station
Requirements
- Previous kitchen or chef experience essential
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good understanding of food hygiene practices
- Reliable and punctual
- Available evenings and weekends
