Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Manager to lead our Domiciliary Care services. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality home care, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and leading a team of care professionals. Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the domiciliary care service, ensuring all aspects meet regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Develop, review, and implement personalised care plans tailored to individual client needs, including specialised dementia and Alzheimer's care.
- Oversee medication administration procedures, ensuring safety protocols are strictly followed.
- Supervise and support a team of care workers, providing leadership, training, and performance management to promote continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation, safeguarding policies, and quality standards across all service areas.
- Maintain accurate documentation related to client care, staff rotas, training records, and incident reports.
- Foster positive relationships with clients, families, healthcare professionals, and external agencies to ensure holistic support.
- Monitor service delivery through audits and feedback mechanisms to uphold high standards of care.
- Manage staffing levels effectively to meet fluctuating client needs while maintaining staff wellbeing.
Requirements
- Proven experience in senior care management within assisted living or nursing home environments.
- Extensive knowledge of dementia care, Alzheimer’s care, and medication administration protocols.
- Strong leadership qualities with previous supervising or management experience in a care home or home care setting.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to develop comprehensive care plans and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
- Registered Nurse qualification or equivalent is highly desirable but not essential if complemented by substantial management experience in domiciliary or residential care.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation such as CQC regulations and safeguarding policies.
- Compassionate approach with excellent communication skills to engage effectively with clients, families, and team members.
- Ability to motivate teams whilst maintaining high standards of professionalism and compliance with regulatory frameworks.

you must have a 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care (or equivalent), or working towards it.
Start date: This role will commence following successful CQC registration. The successful candidate will be appointed subject to CQC approval, with the anticipated start date confirmed once registration has been granted.
Pay: £29,684.60-£45,684.50 per year
