Salary: £26,000 - £29,000 dependant on experience
Job Type: Permanent – Full Time
Hours: Monday –Thursday 9am – 5pm - Friday – 9am – 4pm

Willcox Granite is a memorial wholesaler providing high-quality memorial products to funeral directors and stone masons within the UK and overseas. With over 50 years of extensive knowledge, we take pride in our products and services and present an excellent opportunity for a dedicated Sales Administrator.
We are looking to employ a highly motivated and exceptionally well organised person to join our team, this is a superb opportunity to join a highly respected Memorial Wholesaler. The successful candidate would be trained in all aspects of the Sales & Administrative processes within the company to include:
Key Responsibilities
· Process quotations and orders accurately and efficiently
· Liaising with suppliers
· Manage customer and courier portals to ensure timely order processing.
· Respond to customer enquiries via telephone and email in a professional manner
· Follow up on deliveries and provide proactive updates to customers
· Maintain high standards of customer service at all times.
· Work cross – functionally with production and design teams.
Order Management
As our Sales Administrator you’ll play a central role in the smooth day to day running of our operations. You’ll support both production and design teams and will act as first point of contact for our customers enquiries.
