We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations of our branch , grow new business . The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining operational efficiency. Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the branch team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- visting new and existing customer to grow market share .
- Oversee daily operations, including sales, service delivery, and administrative functions.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports for senior management.
- Recruit, train, and evaluate staff to ensure high levels of performance and engagement.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and community partners to enhance brand reputation.
- Manage budgets, stock levels, and operational resources efficiently.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices across the branch.
