Property Sales Valuer – Peterborough
Salary: £25,000 – £30,000 depending on experience
OTE: £50,000
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm, plus every other Saturday, 9am–1pm
An exciting opportunity to join a well-established, award-winning independent estate agency as an experienced and enthusiastic Property Sales Valuer.
We are looking for a hands-on, motivated individual with a proven track record in estate agency, particularly in winning instructions and converting valuations into business.
The Role
You will play a key role in growing the business and delivering an excellent service to clients. Responsibilities will include:
- Carrying out property valuations and securing new instructions
- Converting valuations into successful listings
- Proactively following up valuations and existing clients
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities
- Building strong relationships with vendors and prospective clients
- Providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Managing your own diary, appointments and administration
- Working towards agreed targets and business objectives
- Occasionally attending appointments outside normal hours when required
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- At least 2 years' estate agency experience
- A proven track record of winning instructions and converting valuations
- Strong business development and negotiation skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- A highly motivated, results-driven approach
- Excellent organisation, time management and administration skills
- Good IT skills
- A confident, friendly and approachable personality
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A professional attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile for clients
What's on Offer?
