Site Operations
* Conduct site visits and surveys
* Meet prospective clients when you’re unavailable
* Complete cleaning audits and quality control inspections
* Carry out spot checks on cleaners
* Deliver cleaning supplies to sites when required
* Assist with onboarding new cleaners
Team Support
* Train new cleaners
* Demonstrate cleaning standards
* Complete incident reports
* Cover cleaning shifts during emergencies
Client Support
* Visit customers periodically
* Check satisfaction levels
* Resolve minor issues before they become complaints
* Represent the company professionally
Key requirements:
* Commercial cleaning experience
* Driving licence preferred
* Ability to conduct site inspections
* Good communication skills
* Flexible availability
* Willingness to travel across London and surrounding areas
Pay: £16.99-£18.99 per hour
