Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various settings, including commercial spaces and hotels. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces in accordance with established standards.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and stored properly.
- Respond promptly to guest requests for additional items or services, demonstrating excellent customer service skills.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
- Assist in laundry services as needed, including washing, drying, folding, and storing linens and towels.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when stock is low.
- Assist with basic cooking tasks and table service for Breakfast.
Skills
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or housekeeping roles, preferably within a hotel environment.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests and team members.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player.
- Basic cooking skills are an advantage but not essential.
