Salary & Progression
£47,000 – £50,000 salary

The Role As a Clinical Assessor, you will:
- Conduct structured telephone and face-to-face assessments
- Review medical evidence and functional impact
- Analyse how health conditions affect daily living and work capability
- Produce clear, objective, evidence-based reports for the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP)

Fully Paid Training & Ongoing Support All successful candidates complete a comprehensive 12-week training programme covering:
- Assessment methodology and best practice
- DWP decision-making frameworks
- Professional report writing and IT systems
You will be supported throughout by experienced clinical mentors and trainers.
Who We’re Looking For Registered adult healthcare professionals:
- Registered Nurses (Adult, Mental Health, Learning Disability, General)
- Occupational Therapists
- Physiotherapists

Essential Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year recent post-registration adult experience
- At least 1 year active NMC or HCPC registration
- Strong communication and report-writing skills
- Confident IT and typing ability
- Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
Important Part-time opportunities are currently available for PIP assessment roles only. All other streams remain full-time.
