Georgie’s Aesthetics is looking for a medically qualified Aesthetic Practitioner to join our growing clinic.
We are specifically looking for someone who is early in their aesthetics career. You may already be working within another aesthetics clinic or healthcare setting and have a good understanding of the fundamentals, but are looking for an opportunity to develop your skills, confidence and experience within a busy, established clinic.
This is not a role for a highly established injector with their own large client base. We are looking for someone with strong foundations who is teachable, ambitious and keen to develop.
You will initially undertake straightforward aesthetic treatments, with the opportunity to progress into more advanced treatments as your experience and confidence develop.

Applicants must be a qualified healthcare professional, such as:
- Registered Nurse
- Nurse Prescriber
- Paramedic
- Doctor
- Pharmacist
- Pharmacist Prescriber
- Other appropriately registered prescribing healthcare professional
Previous aesthetics training is required, with a basic understanding of injectable treatments.
You do not need years of aesthetics experience. We are more interested in finding someone with the right clinical foundations, attitude and potential.
The Ideal Candidate
You will be:
- Medically qualified and currently registered with your relevant professional body
- Trained in the fundamentals of aesthetic medicine
- Confident with basic consultation, assessment and treatment principles
- Clinically safe and understands the importance of patient care and documentation
- Warm, professional and able to make patients feel comfortable
- Naturally interested in facial anatomy, aesthetics and skin health
- Willing to learn and take feedback
- Reliable, organised and professional
- Passionate about achieving natural, considered results rather than over-treating
- Interested in building a long-term career within aesthetics
- Comfortable working as part of a team and following clinic protocols
What You’ll Be Doing
Depending on your existing qualifications and competency, your role may include:
- Patient consultations and treatment planning
- Anti-wrinkle treatments
- Basic dermal filler treatments
- Skin boosters and injectable skin treatments
- Patient reviews and follow-up care
- Maintaining accurate clinical records and photography
- Providing excellent patient care throughout the treatment journey
- Working alongside the wider Georgie’s Aesthetics team
Your treatment offering can expand as your competency and experience develop.
Development
This role would particularly suit someone who has completed their initial aesthetics training but recognises that training is only the beginning.
You will have the opportunity to work within a busy aesthetics environment, develop your clinical judgement and treatment approach, and progress into more advanced treatments over time.
We are looking for someone who wants to grow with the clinic, rather than simply rent a space or work independently.
Essential Requirements
- Current registration as an appropriate healthcare professional
- Relevant aesthetics/injectables training
- Appropriate insurance
- Good understanding of facial anatomy and aesthetic complications
- Excellent communication and patient-care skills
- Strong professional standards
- Commitment to ongoing learning and development
Prescribing qualification is advantageous but not essential for the right candidate.
