About the Role
As a Senior Client Experience Manager, you will be the first point of contact for many of our clients and play an essential role throughout their journey with us.
You'll combine exceptional customer care with thoughtful guidance, helping clients understand their treatment options, coordinating their care and ensuring every interaction reflects the high standards of Expert Medical.

Your Responsibilities
- Welcome clients with warmth, professionalism and genuine care
- Deliver a five-star concierge-style experience throughout the patient journey
- Build long-term relationships based on trust and exceptional service
- Guide clients through consultations and treatment plans with confidence and empathy
- Coordinate appointments and ensure seamless communication between clinicians and clients
- Follow up with enquiries and existing clients to provide ongoing support
- Work closely with our clinical team to ensure an outstanding patient experience
- Help clients make informed decisions without pressure or hard selling
- Maintain exceptional presentation standards throughout the clinic
- Contribute to achieving clinic performance goals through outstanding client care

Experience
Previous experience in one or more of the following would be highly desirable:
- Luxury hospitality
- Private healthcare
- Medical aesthetics
- Dentistry
- Concierge services
- Five-star hotels
- Luxury retail
- Premium customer service
Sales experience is beneficial, but we are far more interested in your ability to build trust and create exceptional experiences than your ability to "sell."
