Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough inspections of damaged vehicles to assess the extent of repairs needed
- Document vehicle damage with detailed reports, photographs, and measurements
- Communicate clearly with customers to explain assessment findings and answer questions
- Collaborate with repair shops, insurance companies, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth claims processing
- Identify opportunities for upselling additional services or repair options that benefit the customer and company
- Maintain organised records of assessments, repairs, and customer interactions to ensure compliance and traceability
