The Shift Pattern
This role is based on a late shift pattern of 2:30pm to 10:00pm, making it ideal for people who prefer afternoons and evenings or need flexibility during the daytime.
Alternate weekend working is required as part of a fixed rolling rota.
Because we provide care seven days a week, we are looking for people who are dependable, adaptable and committed to delivering exceptional support to our customers.
What You'll Be Doing
Every day is different, but your role may include:
- Supporting customers with personal care and evening routines
- Assisting with medication
- Preparing meals and drinks
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Carrying out welfare and reassurance visits
- Helping customers remain safe, comfortable and independent at home
- Building trusted relationships with customers and their families
