We are seeking an experienced Senior Clinic Manager and Aesthetic Therapist who can lead from the front, build a high-performing team, and drive strong commercial performance.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key leadership role in a new and ambitious aesthetics business.
The Role
As Senior Clinic Manager and Therapist, you will oversee all aspects of clinic operations along with the owner and ensuring the highest standards of service, treatment delivery, and business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the clinic
- Driving sales performance and revenue growth
- Ensuring exceptional customer service and patient care
- Monitoring and achieving monthly KPIs and targets
- Managing clinic budgets, stock, and operational performance
- Supporting marketing and promotional campaigns
- Maintaining high standards of compliance, hygiene, and professionalism
- Content creation during quiet periods must be comfortable in front of the camera
We are looking for someone who could join us 3-4/ week (20 hours/week) including alternate weekend
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Clinic Manager (preferably within aesthetics, beauty, or medical clinics)
- Strong sales and commercial mindset
- Proven experience managing targets and revenue growth
- Excellent leadership and people management skills
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Highly organised with strong problem-solving abilities
- Passion for the aesthetic and wellness industry
Must have:
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification and Laser qualification
- Previous experience as an Aesthetic Therapist and Laser Practitioner
- Knowledge of advanced aesthetic or laser treatments
- Sales Experience in Aesthetic clinic with proven KPI's.
