Main Responsibilities:
We require a number of Operational Trainers in various Production departments in our site on PM shifts:
Job Responsibilities include:

Operational training of staff .

Training admin to support operational training.

Ensuring adherence to strict health, safety and hygiene standards expected by the company and its customers.

Ensuring products meet the high quality standards require.
Ideal Candidate:
As our Ideal Candidate you'll demonstrate that you have:

An excellent level of English, both written and spoken, in order to communicate effectively across your team, between departments and at all levels of management. A second language will be an advantage.

Experience in a similar role or relevant qualifications would be helpful but not essential.
Product quality is everyone’s responsibility, and the highest standards of quality must be maintained throughout all stages of the manufacturing process.
In your specific role this includes carrying out tasks in line with documented procedures and ensuring the products that we produce meet customer specifications.
You will consistently refer to the relevant customer specification sheets to ensure that the portions / products that are being packed are in accordance with the agreed weight and size parameters and that there are no visible quality issues with the product e.g. excessive bruising, poor cutting standards, bone fragments, or excess fat
You are responsible for identifying and reporting any product defects or deviations to specifications and removing those products from the line. This should also include a root cause analysis to help identify what caused the quality issue. You will also coach others to ensure they fully understand and adhere to the relevant customer specification sheets
