The Renevation Group are looking to recruit experienced Groundworkers / General Builders to join our team working on high-quality domestic construction projects, ranging from residential extensions to large luxury and super-home developments.

Essential Experience
- UK domestic extension and residential construction.
- Reading and working from construction drawings and specifications.
- Underpinning.
- Foundations and substructure works.
- Reinforced concrete works and concrete pours.
- Rebar installation and fixing.
- Drainage installation and repairs.
- Overflow and inspection chambers.
- Tanking and waterproofing systems.
- Brick and blockwork.
- Experience working with SIPS (Structural Insulated Panel Systems).
Preferred
- CPCS or NPORS plant tickets.
- Experience operating excavators, dumpers, and site plant.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
