Call today: The Renevation Group are looking to recruit experienced Groundworkers / (specialist foundations/reinforced concrete/underpinning, etc.) General Builders to join our team working on Mid to high-end domestic construction projects, ranging from residential extensions to large luxury and super-home developments.

Essential Experience
- UK domestic extension and residential construction.
- Reading and working from construction drawings (Architect and Structural Engineering Details) and specifications.
- Underpinning.
- Traditional and Specialist Foundations and substructure works (reinforced concrete/ICF, etc.).
- Reinforced concrete works and concrete pours.
- Rebar installation and fixing.
- Drainage installation and repairs.
- Overflow and inspection chambers.
- Tanking and waterproofing systems.
- Brick and blockwork.
Ideal Experience
General Building Experience of ‘high-end’ projects with turn-key finish. Experience using SIPS (Structural Insulated Panel Systems).
Leadership skills - being able to work within and lead a team of workers
Preferred
- CPCS or NPORS plant tickets.
- Experience operating excavators, dumpers, and site plant.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
