HR Manager - Andover.
Salary: £40,000.00 p.a.
Hours: 37.5 per week.
Are you an experienced HR professional looking for an opportunity to lead and shape people services within a values-driven mental health charity.
Reporting to the Head of Finance and Resources and working with the senior leadership team, you will be responsible for leading the HR function.
As a hands-on HR professional, you will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and have experience of working within a similar HR role, with a willingness to visit our additional Wellbeing Centres all within Hampshire.
To succeed in this role, you will have strong knowledge of UK employment law, will also support across recruitment, organisational change, payroll processes, workforce planning and be the first point of contact for managers for all employee relation issues.
You'll play a key role in developing our people strategy, ensuring compliance with employment legislation, and helping us create a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
To succeed in this role, you will be required to use your own initiative and leadership skills and demonstratable solid case management experience along with up-to-date HR knowledge.
If you have an accomplished background in Human Resources, can build and maintain excellent working relationships, are able to handle a busy working week where no two days are the same and feel you have the right skills and qualities we would love to hear from you.
About you
You will have:
- CIPD Level 5 qualification (or equivalent experience)
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practice
- Experience managing complex employee relations cases
- Experience developing HR policies and procedures
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience using HR systems and workforce data to support decision-making
