Service Manager for New Supported Living Service in Reigate
Elite Healthcare Solutions LTD is hiring for our newest supported living service in Reigate, Surrey. We are dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to individuals with autism, learning disabilities, mental health conditions, complex behaviors, and diagnoses. We are seeking an experienced and qualified Service Manager to lead our team and ensure the highest standards of care.
Position: Service Manager
Location: Reigate, Surrey

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the supported living service, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and support.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to each client's unique needs.
- Lead, manage, and support a team of dedicated care staff, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and organizational standards.
- Liaise with healthcare professionals, families, and external agencies to coordinate comprehensive care.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of care plans and services, making adjustments as needed.
- Manage budgets and resources efficiently to ensure the sustainability of the service.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar managerial role within a supported living or care setting.
- Level 5 Qualification in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth understanding of the needs of individuals with autism, learning disabilities, mental health conditions, and complex behaviors.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
