Brand Ambassador
Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic, outgoing, and motivated Brand Ambassador to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll represent leading brands through face-to-face customer interactions, creating positive experiences while promoting products and services.

Full training is provided, making this role suitable for those looking to build a long-term career in sales, marketing, or business development.

Responsibilities
- Represent our clients professionally through face-to-face customer engagement.
- Build rapport with potential customers and communicate the benefits of products and services.
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences while maintaining a positive brand image.
- Generate customer interest and assist with the sales process.
- Achieve individual and team performance goals.
- Attend daily training sessions, workshops, and team meetings.
- Gather customer feedback to support ongoing campaign improvement.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues in a supportive and energetic environment.
- Travel to campaign locations as required.
- Participate in national and international travel opportunities for training, networking, and company events.
Experience
Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, marketing, or other customer-facing roles is beneficial but not essential, as full training is provided.
