We are looking for a friendly and attentive Guest Service Assistant to support our front-of-house team in delivering exceptional service and ensuring a memorable stay for every guest.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a friendly, professional and efficient service to all guests
- Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and payments accurately and in line with company standards.
- Respond promptly and effectively to guest enquiries, feedback, or complaints, escalating issues when necessary.
- Operate the front desk and reservation systems efficiently, ensuring all guest details are entered accurately.
- Manage room allocations, billing, and late arrivals according to hotel policy.
- Support revenue and occupancy targets by maximising upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Set up, serve, and clear breakfast, lunch and a light evening service
- Prepare and serve basic food items to company and food hygiene standards
- Prepare and serve beverages (including bar service where applicable)
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of dining and bar areas.
