Westland are pleased to announce the availability of the position of Line Operative, located at our production facility in Pomeroy.
Main Duties:
- Operating form filling, bag sealing and palletizing equipment.
- Conducting quality checks thoroughly throughout the shift on the following: Seals, Codes, Print Quality, Pallet Height and Build Quality.
- Ensuring to meet all production targets set by management.
- Adhering to all Health and Safety compliance policies and procedures in place.
- Willingness to work within a team environment focused on maximising production.
Essential Skills:
- Previous experience in a similar role within a FMCG environment.
- Previous experience of manual labour.
- Good level of understanding and spoken English.
- Ability to take direction and following instruction.
The rotating shift Pattern is as follows:
- Week 1: Monday to Friday 6.00am to 2.00pm
- Week 2: Monday to Thursday 2.00pm to 10.30pm, Friday 2.00pm to 7.45pm.
