Role Overview:
Fever Tree opened their first ever bar at Edinburgh Airport in May 2022 and we are looking for an Assistant General Manager to join the team at our flagship site. Ideally you are currently established in a similar role & bring out the best in the team around you.
You will be a key part of the management team and a visible, inspiring leader on the floor. You’ll help drive standards, motivate the team, and support smooth daily operations. With premium drinks, speciality coffee and a carefully curated food menu, every guest should feel like their journey has started in style.
Key Responsibilities:
- The day-to-day operations of the business and implementing our brand standards.
- Focusing on delivering premium service
- Crafting a signature customer experience by going above and beyond for guests.
- Living the brands’ citizenship ideals and ensuring it’s core to the daily operations.
- Ensuring business is compliant, under Fever-Tree’s and the airport’s Health & Safety and food safety standards.
- Be an ambassador for Fever-Tree, ensuring our brand service standards are delivered.
- Aid in managing budgets effectively, including P&L accountability
- Leading and motivating the team
