Role: Saturday Viewings Clerk
Location: Witham, Essex

Hours: Saturdays – 10.00am – 4.00pm

We are looking for a professional, energetic, and reliable Viewings Clerk to join our Witham Lettings team. As the first point of contact for prospective tenants during our busiest day of the week, you will play a crucial role in helping people find their next home while representing our brand with excellence.

The Role
- Conducting Property Viewings: Lead tours of residential properties, highlighting key features and answering questions from prospective tenants.
- Be the Local Expert: Provide insight into the Witham area, including local amenities, schools, and transport links.
- Secure the Sale: Actively encourage feedback and "sell" the benefits of each property to drive interest.
- Reporting: Promptly relay detailed feedback from viewers to the office team to ensure landlords are kept up to date.
- Brand Ambassadorship: Ensure properties are presentable before viewers arrive (opening blinds, turning on lights, etc.) and left secure upon departure.

- Mobile: A valid UK driving license and access to your own vehicle are essential for traveling between property locations across Witham and surrounding areas.
- Local Knowledge: Ideally, you are familiar with Witham and the surrounding Essex neighbourhoods.
