Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Tiler to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate will have experience with tiles of all sizes able to deliver a finished job in record time with a superior quality.
Responsibilities
- Measure and cut tiles to fit designated areas, ensuring precise alignment and spacing, avoiding to many cuts and lines.
- Prepare surfaces for tile installation by cleaning, leveling, and applying adhesives as needed.
- Install tiles on floors, walls, and other surfaces according to design plans and specifications.
- Use hand tools and power tools effectively to complete installations efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Conduct final inspections of completed work to ensure quality and durability.
- Installation of Ditra Matting, Wedi board, waterproofing all corners
- Perform necessary repairs or adjustments to existing tile work as required
- Ability to rip out existing tiles and prepare surfaces for retiling
Requirements
- Proven 5 years experience in hight standards tiling.
- Knowledge of carpentry principles is advantageous.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical drawings accurately.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Your quality of work will be tested during your first few days

- Ability to get over small details if needed or correct the more challenging issues should it be necessary
- Common sense
- Able to manage workload to ensure jobs run to schedule
- Installation of wet room trays, both flush and raised

Pay: £140.00-£200.00 per day
