Electrician | Full-Time
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum (depending on qualifications and experience)

Key Responsibilities
- Perform electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance to a high standard.
- Diagnose and rectify electrical faults efficiently and safely.
- Conduct testing, inspection, and certification of electrical systems.
- Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and specifications.
- Ensure compliance with current electrical regulations and health & safety requirements.
- Complete work within project deadlines while maintaining exceptional quality.
- Provide professional and courteous service to customers and colleagues.
Essential Requirements
✅ NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent Electrical Qualification
✅ 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (Latest amendment preferred)
✅ Full Clean UK Driving Licence
✅ Proven experience in electrical installation and maintenance
✅ Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
✅ Excellent communication and customer service abilities
✅ Social housing experience
✅ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desirable Qualifications
- Inspection & Testing Qualification (2391 or equivalent)
- Experience in domestic and commercial environments
- ECS/CSCS Card
