The Role
As a Production Operative, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our production processes run safely, efficiently and to the high standards our customers expect.
Working as part of a production cell, you’ll help keep operations flowing — ensuring finished goods are produced, handled and organised correctly to meet business demand.
This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment, where teamwork, flexibility and attention to detail are key.
You’ll be trusted to take ownership of your work, support your team and continuously look for ways to improve how we operate.
Key Responsibilities
Operate and support a wide range of production and packing machinery
Help ensure finished goods are handled safely and efficiently
Work towards daily production targets across quality, output and performance
Maintain high standards of food safety, quality and hygiene at all times
Carry out line checks, inspections and basic data recording accurately
Identify and report any issues, taking action where possible
Support product changeovers and adapt to different production areas
Work collaboratively within your team to achieve shared goals
Shifts & Hours
Week 1: Monday – Thursday, 5:00am – 3:00pm
Week 2: Monday – Thursday, 2:00pm – 12:00am
Pattern: Weekly rotating shifts

Training & Development

You’ll learn how to:
Operate a wide range of machinery safely and effectively
Understand production processes and quality standards
Accurately record and manage production data
Support improvements in efficiency and performance

What We’re Looking For
Experience in a production or manufacturing environment (desirable, not essential)
Strong work ethic and reliability
Good attention to detail and a focus on quality
A positive, team-focused attitude
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Basic numeracy, literacy and IT skills
Commitment to safety and doing things the right way
