Merchandise Assistant
We are looking for a Merchandise Assistant to support the production process across five designer collections.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and follow up on production procedures with the China factory.
Communicate daily with the UK office and factory regarding samples, orders, timelines, and production updates.
Assist with checking production progress, delivery schedules, and any issues during the production process.
Support the team with office administration and general daily tasks.
Assist with customer and helping resolve order-related questions.
Support road sales when required, including visiting customers.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Experience in fashion, bridal, merchandising, production, customer service, or sales is preferred.
- Full UK driving licence with good driving experience is required.
Pay: From £28,000.00 per year
