Job Description:
We are looking for compassionate, resilient, and adaptable individuals with experience supporting children or young people with complex SEN. While previous SEN school experience is desirable, transferable experience from care, support work, youth work, or similar settings is also welcomed — especially for more complex classes.
Opportunities are available across a range of specialist schools catering for children from ages 2 to 10 years old in the Nottingham area supporting pupils with:
- MLD, SLD & PMLD
- Autism
- ADHD
- SEMH
- Complex medical needs
The Role
As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will play an important role in creating a safe, supportive, and consistent environment for children with additional needs, helping them to learn, develop, and thrive each day.
