We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Senior Residential Support Worker to join a well-established Children's Residential Home supporting young people with emotional and behavioural needs (EBD).
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Residential Childcare Worker who holds a Level 3 qualification and is looking to progress into leadership within a supportive and growing organisation.

About the Role
As a Senior Residential Support Worker, you will play a key role in supporting young people within a therapeutic residential environment.
You will:
- Provide high-quality care and support to young people
- Act as a role model for Residential Support Workers
- Assist with shift leadership responsibilities
- Promote positive outcomes and independence
- Support safeguarding and care planning processes
- Build positive relationships with young people, families and professionals
Essential Requirements
- NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (Essential)
- Previous experience within a Children's Residential Care Home
- Experience supporting young people with EBD needs
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Full UK Driving Licence
