Product Test Operator

About Us
We are a growing engineering and manufacturing company based in Cardiff, designing and building specialist electronic products. As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a reliable and conscientious Production Test Operator to join our production team.
About the Role
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured, methodical work and takes pride in doing a job properly.
The majority of your day will involve carrying out the same product testing process repeatedly. While some people may find this repetitive, others enjoy the consistency, routine and satisfaction of producing high-quality work. We are looking for someone in the second group.
The work is straightforward to learn and full training will be provided. Previous electronics experience is not required.
What You'll Be Doing
- Testing completed products using automated testing equipment.
- Following clear work instructions and standard operating procedures.
- Scanning products into our production system.
- Recording completed work accurately.
- Carrying out simple visual inspections.
- Packaging tested products ready for dispatch.
- Maintaining a clean and organised work area.
- Supporting other production activities when required.

Experience
Previous manufacturing or production experience is helpful but not essential.
Full training will be provided.
You do not need previous electronics experience.
