Appointment Setter / Telesales (Warm Outbound) – Office Based (Church Crookham)
£13 per hour | Park-time | Monday–Friday (9am to 2pm)
Downlight Electrical is a fast-growing family-run electrical contractor with a renewables team specialising in electric car charger installations and solar & battery storage solutions. We’re hiring a strong outbound appointment setter who can qualify, handle objections, and book attended appointments. All our leads are warm, no cold calling required.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Making high-volume outbound calls to homeowners from provided leads
- Qualifying prospects (decision maker, timeframe, motivation)
- Handling objections
- Booking qualified appointments for our ev consultant or manager
- Updating the CRM and job management software accurately with outcomes and notes
- Working to daily/weekly call and appointment targets
What We’re Looking For
- Proven outbound telesales / appointment setting experience
- Confident objection handling and ability to close for the appointment
- Comfortable being measured on KPIs
- Reliable, consistent work ethic
- CRM experience preferred
- Fluent English (spoken and written) with a confident phone manner
Pay, Hours & Location
- £13 per hour (no commission)
- 25 hours/week (9am to 2pm, Mon–Fri)
- Office-based in Fleet
Pay: £13.00 per hour
