We’re seeking an energetic Multi-site Property Manager to oversee multiple commercial properties, ensuring each community operates smoothly, efficiently, and profitably. Duties
- Overall day-to-day responsibility for four large retail premises (Stockport, Stretford, St. Helens and Warrington)
- Operate as the main point of contact for all property and facility matters across the 4 stores.
- Carry out regular site inspections and identify any repair, maintenance, and improvement issues.
- Support compliance across the portfolio, including gas safety, electrical testing, fire safety, EPCs, and other statutory requirements (at an economical pricepoint)
- Maintain accurate property records, inspection reports, business rates, Insurance documents, maintenance logs, contractor documentation, and invoices.
- Prioritise urgent repairs and minimise disruption to trading - collaborate and get hands on with our head of design and build to carry out the necessary work
- Manage budgets, timescales and quality of work
- Take a practical, hands-on approach to property management and carry out minor repairs and maintenance tasks personally where appropriate and safe
- Lead any refurbishment or new store opening design projects
- Manage utilities across all stores - including new contracts, parking companies, contract renewals, metering, utility disputes, accurate billing
- Manage access to properties - ensuring access available to all those who need and secure from those who don’t!
Experience
- Proven experience in property management or real estate administration with familiarity in managing multiple sites simultaneously
- Ability to support the implementation of consistent standards across all stores
- Experience in introducing more effective systems for reporting, tracking and resolving property and operational issues.
- Office experience with skills in data entry, record keeping, and administrative support
- Excellent communication skills with professional phone etiquette.
- Driving Licence required
