We are seeking a highly organised and meticulous Coordinator to join our team of mental health specialists. Our company specialises in domiciliary support for individuals with mental health conditions, autism, and learning disability.
This role is based in our busy office and requires excellent communication skills, both verbal and electronic, as you will be liaising with staff and service users. A strong understanding of care and staff procedures is essential, along with the ability to manage and meet deadlines effectively. Crucially, the successful candidate will have proven experience in creating and managing staff rosters, ensuring they are optimised to meet the diverse needs of our service users, and completing supervisions with staff. Working hours
- Part-time: 3 days per week in the office
- Full-time: 3 days in the office and 2 days completing domiciliary visits.
Salary
- £14.50 per hour
- £30,160 per annum based on 40 hours a week
Requirements
- driver's license and a car that you can use for work
- business car insurance or willingness to obtain it
- NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a training or instructional design role is preferred.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on engaging diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in using office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms and tools is advantageous.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in an office setting.
- A relevant qualification in Human Resources, Education, or a related field is desirable.
