About the role
Essensia Solutions Ltd is recruiting reliable and detail-focused cleaners to join Essensia Cleans, our London-based cleaning division.
Assignments may include domestic cleaning, office cleaning, deep cleaning and end-of-tenancy cleaning. We are looking for people who take pride in their work, respect clients’ homes and workplaces, and can consistently deliver a high standard of cleaning.
Hours will vary based on client bookings and your stated availability.
Your responsibilities
- Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas and workspaces
- Dusting, vacuuming, sweeping and mopping
- Carrying out deep cleaning and end-of-tenancy cleaning when assigned
- Following cleaning checklists and client instructions
- Using cleaning products and equipment safely
- Reporting damage, hazards or maintenance concerns promptly
- Handling clients’ keys, access details and personal information responsibly
- Arriving at each assignment on time and completing the work to the required standard
Essential requirements
You must:
- Be based in London and able to travel reliably to different client locations
- Have the legal right to work in the UK
- Hold a current DBS certificate suitable for the role
- Be able to provide satisfactory references
- Be reliable, punctual and professional
- Have strong attention to detail
- Be comfortable working independently and, where required, as part of a team
- Have a working mobile phone and be able to respond to rota and assignment updates
- Be able to carry out the physical duties of the role, with reasonable adjustments considered where required
- Previous professional cleaning experience is preferred, particularly in domestic, commercial or end-of-tenancy cleaning.
