Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and professional to join our vibrant hospitality team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to deliver exceptional guest service in a lively restaurant and bar environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guests have a memorable experience. The successful candidate will have experience making coffee and cocktails and taking orders from customers.
Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is preferred, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are equally valued. This paid position provides an excellent platform to develop your skills within the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive table service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring special requests are noted and fulfilled
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and hygiene
- Upsell menu items to maximise sales opportunities while prioritising guest satisfaction
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately at the point of sale
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, bar, and service stations
- Assist with food preparation or bar tending duties as required, adhering to food safety standards
- Ensure guest needs are met promptly, resolving any issues with professionalism and courtesy
- Support team members during busy periods to ensure smooth operation
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality, restaurant service, or bar work is advantageous but not essential; a friendly personality and eagerness to learn are key
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper serving techniques
- Basic maths skills for handling payments accurately
- Good organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts
- Strong guest service skills with a focus on creating a welcoming environment
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as required; previous kitchen or culinary experience is a plus but not mandatory
