Some Key Responsibilities:

Managing a varied and complex Commercial Property caseload
-
Acting for landowners, developers, housebuilders and commercial property owners

Handling acquisitions, disposals and development transactions
-
Advising on leases, options, overage and promotion agreements
-
Working on secured lending and property portfolio financing
-
Contributing to the continued growth and direction of the Commercial Property team
You will be:

An experienced Commercial Property Solicitor at Senior Associate / Partner level

Technically strong with experience handling complex transactions
-
Confident managing matters and client relationships independently

Commercially minded with an interest in business development

Comfortable supporting and mentoring more junior lawyers

Collaborative, personable and client-focused

Keen to play a key role within an ambitious and growing team
