Role Overview: As the Head of Marketing, you will shape the future of our organization’s marketing landscape. You will balance the distinct identities of our individual companies while building a cohesive group-wide marketing engine. Operating in a fast-paced B2B environment, you will lead a dedicated team to enhance brand visibility, foster high-value client relationships, and directly support sales pipelines across different business units.
Key Responsibilities
- Group Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with macro organizational goals across our group of companies.
- Campaign Management: Oversee the end-to-end planning, implementation, and rigorous evaluation of multi-channel B2B marketing campaigns.
- Market Intelligence: Analyze market trends, customer behaviors, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for group growth.
- Financial Accountability: Manage marketing budgets effectively to optimize campaign performance, control spend, and maximize ROI.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Coordinate closely with sales teams and senior leadership within different business units to align marketing initiatives with sales pipelines.
- Stakeholder Relations: Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with internal business partners, external agencies, and key industry stakeholders.
- Performance Reporting: Prepare and present detailed data-driven reports on campaign performance, market insights, and financial returns to senior management.
- Compliance & Standards: Ensure all group marketing activities comply with organizational standards, brand guidelines, and legal or regulatory requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- B2B Expertise: Proven experience in B2B marketing with a strong focus on brand positioning, complex long-cycle sales, and corporate client engagement.
- Leadership: Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to inspire, mentor, and guide marketing teams effectively within a supportive environment.
- Analytical Acumen: Strong analytical skills to interpret raw data, monitor metrics, and generate actionable insights using specialized marketing analytics IT tools.
- Project & Time Management: Exceptional project management capabilities with the organizational skills to prioritize high-impact tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and modern CRM/marketing automation technology stacks.
- Interpersonal Skills: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the diplomacy needed to manage conflicting stakeholder priorities.
