Duties
- Perform a wide range of nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, intricate nail art with precision and creativity
- Lead by example in maintaining impeccable sanitation standards and adhering to health regulations to ensure client safety
- Provide personalized consultations to understand client preferences and recommend suitable treatments or designs
- Train and mentor junior nail technicians, sharing expertise in techniques such as nail art and BIAB
- Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service, active communication, and attention to detail
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently to maximize client satisfaction and salon productivity
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends, products, and techniques to continually enhance service offerings
- Lead a small team in the absence of the Manager
Experience
- Proven experience as a professional Nail Technician with a strong portfolio of work demonstrating technical skill and creativity. 5 years plus of experience in nails and salon work.
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience in a salon setting is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills in English to effectively interact with clients and team members
- Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer service by listening actively and addressing client needs promptly
- Knowledge of sanitation protocols, health regulations, and safety standards within a salon environment

Pay: £14.50-£16.00 per hour
