Do you want to be part of a fast paced, forward thinking, nationwide lettings agency?
Your responsibilities
· To identify & follow up on new leads
· Carrying out viewings at various rental properties
· Drafting tenancy agreements and rental reviews
· Dealing with enquiries via email and telephone
. Conducting landlord AML checks
· Helping build up our lettings brand and creating business.
· Various ad hoc duties
Experience & Skills
· Experience in property lettings is preferred but not essential
· Strong administration skills, with excellent attention to detail
· Proficient in Microsoft Office and good general IT skills
· Strong communication skills and the ability to provide a professional and friendly customer service

- Full clean UK Driving Licence (required) / access to own car
Pay: From £24,784.50 per year
