Required Skills & Experience
- Experienced and competent in all aspects of carpentry
- General building and maintenance experience preferred
- Ability to carry out high-quality work independently and as part of a team
- Good understanding of residential renovation and refurbishment projects
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong time management and attention to detail
- Reliable, professional and customer-focused attitude
Role Responsibilities
- First and second fix carpentry, including doors, skirting, architraves, kitchens and flooring
- General building and maintenance duties across residential and commercial properties
- Working within occupied homes and customer-focused environments
- Installing timber stud walls, roofing components and bespoke joinery where required
- Supporting renovation, refurbishment and insurance repair projects
- Maintaining high standards of workmanship and site cleanliness
- Willingness to assist with and learn additional aspects of general building work
