Are you an experienced and passionate Marine Engineer ready to pass on your skills and shape the next generation of the industry? We are seeking a Workshop Lecturer in Marine Engineering to join our team and support learners in developing their technical expertise, confidence, and professionalism.
As a Workshop Lecturer in Marine Engineering, you will:
Deliver high-quality, practical teaching across a range of marine engineering disciplines in a fully equipped Marine Engineering Plant workshop and Machine shop
Motivate, inspire, and support learners at a range of ability levels
Prepare students for assessments and successful progression of their Maritime Coastguard Agency Workshop Skills programme
Stay current with industry developments, technologies, and best practice in teaching and learning
Create a positive, inclusive, and professional learning environment
