The Role
We are currently looking for a reliable, flexible, and proactive Mobile Senior Area Supervisor to support our operations across the London area.
Reporting to the Area Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing key sites across London, supervising cleaning teams, and ensuring consistently high standards across all locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage cleaning operations across multiple London sites
- Supervise and support cleaning teams, ensuring high standards are consistently met
- Take responsibility for key sites within London
- Provide hands-on cleaning cover for absenteeism (holidays, sickness, and vacancies)
- Act as a main point of contact for clients, addressing any requirements or concerns
- Organise and manage staff rotas in collaboration with the Area Manager
- Support the management of equipment, materials, and stock levels
- Deliver training to new and existing staff in line with BICSc principles
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years’ experience within the commercial cleaning sector (or similar)
- Previous supervisory experience within cleaning services
- Flexible and adaptable approach to work
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication skills (Spanish speaking is beneficial but not essential)
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Good understanding of Health & Safety legislation
- Basic IT skills
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
