· Review and maintain the service desk process, ensuring stakeholder communications are in place
Coordination & Stakeholder Management
· Coordinate day-to-day with technical leads and external partners
· Be the key point of contact for the business on IT matters
· Manage supplier relationships and escalations effectively
Asset & Process Management
· Own and maintain the asset register (hardware, software licenses, monitoring)
· Manage the starter/leaver process
· Coordinate IT documentation and help design processes appropriate to our size and maturity
Change Management
· Run the change intake process and manage the change backlog
· Chair the change prioritisation meeting and bring stakeholders to alignment
· Monitor change delivery with technical teams and suppliers
Governance & Risk
· Ensure security and compliance processes are followed day-to-day
· Escalate risks and strategic questions to the IT Leadership Team
