Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Front of House Staff to join our vibrant hospitality team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to deliver exceptional customer service in a dynamic environment, ensuring guests enjoy a memorable experience. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail. Previous experience in catering, serving, or food preparation is advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided.
Duties
- Welcome guests warmly and ensure they are seated comfortably
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve food and drinks in accordance with health and safety standards
- Assist with food preparation tasks when required, maintaining cleanliness and organisation
- Handle payments and operate the till system with precision
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, bar, and service stations throughout shifts
- Provide information about menu items, specials, and dietary options to guests
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
- Uphold high standards of food safety and hygiene at all times
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality, catering, or restaurant service is preferred but not mandatory
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Barista experience or familiarity with coffee preparation is a plus
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively during busy periods
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- A friendly, professional attitude with a genuine passion for customer service
- Ability to work flexibly across various shifts including weekends and evenings if required
- Personal presentation that reflects the high standards of our establishment
