We're looking for an experienced Learning and Development Administrator to support L&D activities across the organisation whilst gaining experience across the wider People function.
You'll play a key role in coordinating training programmes, managing learning schedules, supporting colleagues and facilitators and helping deliver a great learning experience. Additionally, we're at the start of our journey to implement a new Learning Management System (LMS), giving you the opportunity to be involved in a significant development project that will shape how learning is delivered across the organisation.
Alongside this, you'll gain valuable exposure to Reward and HR administration, making this an excellent opportunity to build broad experience in HR and people development.
What we’re looking for:
Experience of working as a high-volume Learning and Development administrator
Experience of scheduling training and managing calendars
Experience of coordinating a Learning Management System
Ability to follow transactional processes accurately
Natural problem-solving skills and accountability, with a proactive approach to solving issues
Confident in the use of Microsoft Office packages, including strong Excel skills
